To use PONO SURU SALON, we only provide services to those who agree to the following terms of service.

[Important Notes Regarding Use]

Our treatments are not intended for medical purposes.

This is not a hospital or clinic as defined by the Medical Practitioners Act, nor is it a facility providing acupressure, massage, or acupuncture treatments as defined by the Acupuncture, Moxibustion, and Massage Act.

If any of the following apply to you, we may refrain from performing treatment at our salon or may interrupt the treatment midway. We appreciate your understanding.

• People who have been drinking

・Pregnant women

People with heart disease, high blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes, epilepsy, or other medical conditions.

- Individuals who have undergone surgery within the last six months, or those whose physical condition is significantly weakened.

Individuals with infectious diseases, contagious dermatitis, severe athlete's foot, or skin inflammation.

People with fractures, burns, bruises, sprains, herniated discs, inflammation, muscle tears, etc.

People with allergies

• Individuals with a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher

• Those who require a doctor's consent

• People who use drugs that are subject to legal restrictions

- Individuals who force others to engage in activities unrelated to this service.

- Anyone who engages in behavior that disturbs other customers

- Anyone else deemed unsuitable by the trainer

- Individuals over 75 years of age (except in cases approved by our store)

- Anyone currently, or within the past five years, who is a member of an organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, a quasi-member of an organized crime group, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces") or who has a close relationship with anti-social forces.

Minors require parental consent.

We do not engage in any activities that violate laws or public order and morals. If you request a service not listed on the menu, or if the practitioner determines that it is impossible to continue the treatment, we may immediately stop the treatment and ask you to leave the premises. Please note that in such cases, we will not be able to refund the fee. Furthermore, please understand in advance that we may refuse your future use of our services.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or accept any liability for injuries or health problems that may occur after treatment.

We cannot accept any responsibility for the loss or theft of valuables. Please manage your belongings yourself.

[Regarding cancellations]

Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations on the day of the appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost.

[Regarding tardiness]

Please be sure to contact us if you will be late for your appointment. If you are late, we may shorten your treatment time. We will not refund the cost of the shortened treatment time. Also, if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment without contacting us, your appointment will be considered canceled.

[Regarding multi-use tickets]

By purchasing a multi-use ticket, you are deemed to have agreed to all of our store's terms and conditions.

• The validity period is 6 months from the date of purchase.

・We do not accept returns or refunds. We cannot accept returns or refunds for any remaining sessions, so please plan your purchase carefully.

Tickets that have expired will be invalid.
